COORDINATOR - COMMUNITY CARE-WOLVERHAMPTON/DUDLEY

Are you an experienced care worker looking to further your career. We require a Care Coordinator to join our friendly Wolverhampton team. As a Care Coordinator you will manage a team of care workers, compiling rotas, conducting supervisions and participating in recruitment selection interviews. You will coordinate the customer referral process, updating the computerised system with changes to care plans. You will need to be flexible as you will be required to participate in the branch On Call rota. A good communicator you will liaise with key contacts within commissioning bodies, service users and families. Must have full UK licence and own car. Mileage allowance paid.
