I am a Catford based time served tradesman looking for a minimum few weeks works starting from January 3rd.
My background is all aspects of new build house building, period property restoration, refurbishment projects, double glazing, bedroom fitting, reactive maintenance, bench joinery and domestic improvements.
I am not looking for major construction site type work on price but I am interested in high end 2nd fix, renovation projects, maintenance or occupied housing carpentry improvement tasks.
I am flexible regarding money and can work either on a cash basis or on a self employed basis through a cis card.
The minimum I will work for is £450.00 net per 40 hour week.
I have my own van, full tool kit, 110v and 240v power tools and a 2nd fix paslode.
Location wise I will consider anywhere in London.
I am a good, reliable hard working guy with plenty experience and like to leave a neat, tidy job.
All enquiries and offers of work are welcome although I will not work for agencies or middlemen who know nothing about carpentry and joinery.
