Requirements:
CCA Certification or working towards.
Outstanding communication skills
ITIL experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems; Active Directory and Group Policies
Experience of Citrix remote access solutions; Web Interface, Citrix Secure Gateway, Citrix Access Gateway (Standard & Enterprise)
Working knowledge and familiarisation of current server and desktop virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Citrix XenServer
MCSE 2003/2008 and Network TCP/IP preferably to CCNA level desirable.
