Karlssen (www.karlssen.com) is a small telemarketing company based in London’s Docklands (near the Excel Centre – nearest stations are Royal Victoria DLR or Canning Town tube station).

We employ appointment setters to work with us, at our offices, on a freelance basis. The exact nature of the work will depend on the projects we're working on at the time.

Candidates should have experience of telemarketing, be conscientious and ethical, intelligent and lucid, mature and confident on the phone and capable of achieving high conversion rates.

Karlssen’s role is:
• Identifying prospects – sometimes through desk research, sometimes by telephone research, and sometimes by buying contact lists in or receiving contact lists from clients
• Calling prospects, qualifying them and booking appointments for Karlssen’s clients to visit them

Payment is normally 100% commission based, with generous schemes that enable you to earn really good money if you’re effective. We offer competitive rates per appointment achieved.
