BeefJack is looking part-time intern game programmer for 6 months contract with possibility of a full time permanent position. This role would be ideal for a student or graduate or someone looking for experience within games industry.
We are seeking a game programmer, with great interpersonal skills to join our team and develop web and mobile games. You will work closely with all areas Art, Project Management and Design, but will be responsible for code implementation is appropriate for each project. You will gain exposure to various areas on each mobile and web game including gameplay, front end, engine and API’s.
You should be passionate about games and able to deliver milestone commitments on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent programming skills resulting in clean, high-quality, appropriately optimized code
• Experience with Games programming
• Good Work Ethic, a team-first attitude, the ability to take constructive criticism
• Passion for being apart of the creative and developmental process
• Good understanding of games development processes
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• Experience with Actionscript 3
• Experience with Lua
